Rule 97
How to Send Notices and Documents to Shareholders
(1) When a corporation is to deliver any document to a shareholder, it may hand deliver it to the shareholder or send it by post to the registered address or otherwise to the address given to the corporation.
(2) In accordance with sub-rule (1), when a document is sent by post, it shall be deemed to have been sent after the document has been left at the post office, with the name and address duly written on it, and the postage fee-paying stamp has been paid. If the shareholder has deposited the sufficient amount of money required for that purpose in the office of the corporation, if such document is not sent in the same manner in his name, it will not be deemed to have been delivered to him. But if such a document is related to the notification of the meeting, it will be deemed to have been delivered after ten days have passed since the notification was left in the post by the committee.
